This bicycle parking is between Shibuya station and Miyashita park. In and around Miyashita park are where the homeless people are concentrating. They living nearby the parking are also the volunteer guardian.

Bicycle parking nearby Shibuya station after charged (2006.8.5)

The bicycle parking -- the same place as the above -- is at the northeast side of the Shibuya station using the passage side which leads to the Miyashita park. The bicycle parking rack was installed and charging was forced in April 2006.

There have been charged bicycle parking since before under the guard of JR Ebisu station. The bicycle parking managed by Shibuya City authorities demands comparatively fewer differentials of the monthly charge between the resident in the city and outside.

The Hiroo station is located in the boundary of Shibuya City and Minato City. This is a shopping street nearby the station in Shibuya City. The usefulness of the stores depends on the access by bicycle.
